SHIMLA ~ An American was gang-raped by a group of men in a hill resort in northern India, in what is the latest in a series of attacks on Westerners that have thrown the spotlight on tourism.
The American woman was picked up by three men in a truck, while hitch-hiking in the town of Manali in Himachal Pradesh state. The trio took the American Traveler to an isolated area and raped her. It was late.
